Probably. It reminds me of my Pearl cartrage I got for the sake of transferring Pokemon to Battle Revolution. It crashed a few times, and one day, I tried putting it into my 3DS. It wouldn't even load on the 3DS menu. It's done that before, but I tried blowing on it, blowing in the cartrage slot, re-inserting it, nothing happened. I tried it out a few minutes ago, and it still didn't appear. I would've tested it repeatedly, which wouldn't have worked likely but I was tempted, but my 3DS' battery is low. Should really just plug the bloody thing in.
