Sorry for the super late response, haven't been online to do much else besides check the admin. Had something like four exams in the past week which sucked arse.
To be completely honest, I don't really see the harm in having unanswered questions. I do agree with Ninja in that there should be some reasoning as to why the answer will be helpful, but at this point I don't really see it necessary to take anything down. The question about Sinnoh routes can be answered with "game freak logic" should such a conclusion be reached -- obviously not ideal and probably not helpful, but it's a valid response and potentially the only one available. I understand more with the Emerald hordes post, but it's still only been up for a bit over a month and could be answered if someone is willing to test it manually. I don't think it's fair to take it down because people won't test it unless ample time and opportunity has been given for someone to do so. So at this point I think no, but if it's still not resolved in maybe a couple months time, I think hiding it would make sense.
And yeah, the tree thing that Nekkoala holds pretty much ruins its design for me haha
