oh THAT mission, trust me i was in the same position as you. Well look at what you have in the sub, a pokeball maker and the ability to capture a magnemite and a pc. Use them to capture a magnemite (i think thats the name of the pokemon, 1st evo of magnezone) with the more thunderbolt or thundershock (one of the 2) and use it on the elevator. That should allow you to advance.

Hey, couple of things:

 - Thanks for the Shiny Doduo. Is that the Pokémon you wanted to give me before?
 - Sorry for the poor trade negotiations, it was around 6am in the morning and I hadn't been to bed! I've been completing the PokeDex (already completed the Hoenn Dex), so I have literally nothing good to trade atm.
 - Sorry for not accepting your battle challenges. I was in the middle of battling a trainer and their grunts in their super secret base that I couldn't accept. Although I have no good competitive Pokémon atm anyway, so if I did accept I would have to use my in game team :l

Spam levels against wild pokes is the best advice I can give, I only beat the elite 4 because I soaked levels until I had a level 80 claydol
