I finally got around to Fiesta’s entry. Its posted, kinda short but June’s part is kinda emotional so i still like it.

Because averaging truly by 2 doesn't add up when going back to the Totals. Dividing by 1 and a 1/2 on the other hand makes it "even".

As for ability, it already resists Grass. I feel double speed onto its 110 would be incredible as opposed to increasing attack onto an immunity where it already resists the type.

Plus, with sunny weather active, it allows you to be part Fire-type AND doubles speed all in the same turn. I feel this covers all the bases.
