Six, I have an idea of what the last gym town/city can be named... Introducing... Volcier Town (1st part in volcano + 2nd part in glacier).

Which order is the Water gym leader in? 1st, 2nd, 4th, or 7th?

No i was  referring to the part where  you said “ when they first meet the trainer they challenge them to a battle before they can say anything “

 And then you talked about her at the gym  and pointing out the cage   And just to me that she’s not challenging them right off the bat  (Oof sorry not she i lnow it just happened i don’t lnow why i keep doing that)

I liked that idea too i didn’t know he wanted to until today i think there are still slots open though if he wanted to use one of them
