Before you ask what I was smoking, I'll explain. This is themed around myself, which is why it has a gender, for example. I'll explain each bit.
Silvally is used because I like Silvally.
Leek is because I like to eat leeks (too bad you don't eat it in battle).
Klutz is because I'm a freaking klutz. Sad. No wonder I can't eat my Leek.
Hasty is because I'm hasty. That simple.
Flail is because that's what I would do if I needed to fight: flail like a moron and pray I don't get myself killed.
Outrage is because I'm quick-tempered and can easily become outraged.
U-turn is because that would be my fighting style: hit, run, and hope someone helps me.
Teeter Dance is because I like to dance.
The EVs are the only thing I wasn't trying to make fit me. They're just the best (or at least my attempt at making good EVs) EVs for whatever the heck this set is.
Illegal sets are fun.

I'm wondering if what happened yesterday was a heart palpitation. The question is, what caused it? (is deep in thought)
