I probably will. Even if i don't, I really think it should be banned, since Iron Defense is easy to set up. I have several replays of it completely flattening entire teams (although they are from the low ladder)

I guess so, it is my favorite Gen 8 format and i play it quite a lot, however I wouldn't say I'm good, I'm just decent

First set - Cell Battery? What on Earth even are those EVs? You should likely invest fully in HP and then invest in either Def or SpD. If you're trying to tank an Electric move for that Attack boost, which is kinda dumb to be honest, you should likely invest in SpD, as quite a few Electric-types are special. Also, Swagger? I can understand how it could work in your favor. I can also understand how it could get you brutally maimed. Also, Bounce usually sucks. This saddens me. Why not Drizzle to power up Waterfall? The only downside to it are moves like Thunder hitting you, but then again, you're trying to get hit with Electric-type moves, right?

Second set - Why on Earth don't you have Drizzle? Setting up rain with Rain Dance is far inferior to Drizzle set-up. Also, Round and Hyper Voice? What about Ice Beam or something? Psychic? Hidden Power? And once again, what even are those EVs?

Third set - Uh... interesting? Finally I can't find too much to bash, though that's likely because Belly Drum ChestoResto is a new one on me. And why not Drizzle? And what about the 4 remaining EVs?

Fourth set - I look at this, and the first thing I think is 'this looks like a Choice set and WHERE IS DRIZZLE???'. Also I looked at 'Politoed' and read 'Potato' for some reason. Delayed eye-brain reaction. Anyway, it seems pretty decent. Blizzard can be kinda unreliable, so it could be swapped for Ice Beam if you don't like taking risks. And I know this is supposed to be doing lots of damage for Shell Bell, but Shell Bell kinda sucks in my opinion. It could work, though, I suppose. Also, last 4 EVs?
