I designed this set to lure and kill Sheer Cold Kyurem-White. With Assault Vest and 200 HP/56 SpD EVs, Kyogre can always take 3 Freeze-Drys. Use Whirlpool on the Kyurem-White switch-in to trap it. Then use Rock Tomb. Even with 0 Speed investment, Kyogre will always outspeed a 252+ Kyurem-White at -1 Speed. Then, you can use Dive to PP stall Sheer Cold, and Iron Head for decent damage and chance to flinch once you use Rock Tomb.

> 40 SpA Turboblaze Kyurem-White Freeze-Dry vs. 200 HP / 56+ SpD Assault Vest Kyogre: 108-128 (27.6 - 32.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

> 252 Atk Kyogre Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-White: 160-190 (40.9 - 48.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

> 252 Atk Kyogre Rock Tomb vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-White: 120-142 (30.6 - 36.3%) -- 51.3% chance to 3HKO
