Leah got to Pika first and nearly got smashed into bu Silvally who, of douse was also freaking out. I cautiously walked closer to Pika who wasall flailing arms and “oh my guardians“ i said “hey Pika! Chill out!” She smacked me with a flailing arm “omph” i grunted as i was knockoff back a little. She practically yelled “chill?! VHILL! How am I supposed to CHILL!! My crush literally just spoke DIRECTLY to ne, there’s nothing “chill” about that” oy what had I walked into with this gurl? Instead of trying to calm her down o just waited put the Pika-sized storm by sitting cross-legged on the ground and conversing with Leah. “Well Leah, what do we do now?” Leah settled next tp me, somewhat fog-like and answered “we could just leave her hers go to school or even do a Trial i hear Ilima’s Trial us right here om route two” i thought about that, there was no point in teetering to school. My dad would be so ashamed if he knew i’d thought that, my mom would agree with me though at least I think she would. A tap on my head reminded me Pika had gotten quiet. She said l, squatting across from ne “what you two thinking about?
Lima-beab?” I scaled at her “actually no i was thinking how ashamed my dad would be uf ge knew i’d skipped my entire first day of school “ pika rolled her bright blue eyes “dad shamed who needs em?” I wanted to ask why sge’d said that but before i could she said “honestly, you should be thinking abbey Lima-bean er Ilima’s trial.” I thought that a dumb question “um Pika? I’m gonna beat him duh” she gave me a quizzical look “um Air? You don’t BATTLE Trial captains you complete the trials uh duh” i though battling the captains WASZ the trual. Apparently That showed in my face because Pika smirked and said “oh woe Air, you really don’t know what the trials are do you? I hear Ilima’s us like playing hide and seek but with Yungoks and Gumshoos or Ratta kr Raticate, after you find em you battle a “Totem” Pokemon” And yes luma-bean trained said Totem but you don’t battle him! He jyst watched your every move to make sure you do things right ih and you can’t leave otherwise you’ll have tstart all over again!” I had to check to bake sure Pika was breathing after she goy quiet she’d barely breathed while explaining. “Pika?” I asjed “yeah?” She said “do you have any udea about what you sad?” She grinned “nope!” Of course she didn’t but it was a good effort. We all stood up and Leah and Silvally ware out in their respective Poke Balls. Pika sang “were off to see the wizard! The wonderful wizard of luma-beans!” And i burst out laughing as we raced towards.the Trial site.it would be clearly marked right?
