Josh Kool (full name being Joshua Fuched McKool) is the main antagonist of “PokemonDB”. If a Pokemon has a move with low or no pp that can be taught via TM (Example Milotic with Scald), teach it another move (like Rain Dance), then reteach it the previous move (Scald). It saves time and unnecessary pokecenter trips
