Oh, with Master Duel and Dueling Book being Free-to-play it's definitely worth a shot and a lot of fun there's an abundance of folks in your position. Master Duel is sort of a gacha game however if you look up a guide how to do everything smart to begin with you can have 2-4 decks of your design with the necessary "staples".  And hey, as much as as we've had our differences if you ever wanna bug someone about Yugioh feel free to drop a wall post, however I'm definitely more of a Yusei/Akiza simp than an OG simp.

Sorry to leave a wall post like a geek, just me and few of the other older folks around here play Master Duel semi-competitively or used to play on a website called Dueling Book. But yeah, the Aleister comment is an in-joke for the Yugioh fandom as any deck with the "Invoked" engine will ALWAYS start with "Normal Summon Aleister, search Invocation, summon Mechaba" in that exact order.
