Is it too soon to post Gen 9 RMTs (mostly OU)? The Meta is still early in development, thus, some mons are going to get banned.

Also, whenever I post Gen 9 Monotype Movesets, would I need to explain why the Tera Type is the same as the type the set is is being used on? I already posted a few Gen 9 Mono sets and gave the reason. The reason is because Monotype Formats in Gen 9 have it where the Tera Type on your team has to be the same type you are using. Would I have to explain that every time I post a Gen 9 Monotype set?
