Quick question about descriptions for moveset answers, is there some sort of bare minimum description for moveset answers that just explain what the moves are literally what the moves do/are for? Another question, how do we approach RMT teams with banned members? I know that right now Chi-Yu and Chien-Pao from this team have been banned from OU into Ubers, but I think they were in OU when this team was posted. How would we go about rating a team like this, would we replace those banned members or just edit them?

If we find posts with closed notes that are from past years like 2018, should we just flag them so they can be hidden, or do we let them be because there might be a purpose for the present closed question?
