OK! :3
Namelocke update
When I decided that I really wanted a Jolly Type: Null, I took off like a rocket, because to recieve a Type: Null I have to beat the game I'm pretty sure. So lots of progress has been made. I went to Route 3 and encountered a Cutiefly. And guess what? It was male! Finally! I'm not being haxed by female Pokemon anymore! I caught him in a Heal Ball, then accidentally sent him to the PC, which ruined the point of the Heal Ball. I named him Julius. Now, as much as I hate Julius and as much as I like Cutiefly, it's kinda fitting. After all, Julius looks like a girl and Cutiefly and Ribombee look feminine. Oh, and we all know that the best nature a Cutiefly/Ribombee can have is Naughty. Top-tier. Competitive-worthy. After that, I caught an Oricorio in Melemele Meadow and named her Renee. The female Pokemon are back it appears. She lucked out with Modest nature, which will serve her well with moves like Revelation Dance. Sadly she doesn't have Revelation Dance at the moment, but still. After that, I headed to Seaward Cave and encountered... a Smoochum. Pardon me while I gag. The good part is that she has Timid nature, so there's that I guess. I named her Witch because I never bothered to learn Witch's real name. I mean, why should I care? She's just a Dorp McLamehead. Moving on, I then clobbered the Ultra French Toast Squad (don't ask I don't know either) and made Lillie un-sad and then beat the crap out of Hauhead's unevolved Litten. Fun times. After that, I decided to not grind up very much and challenged the Grand Trial. I expected to get clobbered, but I swept through him with Renee and her Air Cutter. She barely took any damage. After I got Tauros and Ilima acted like he was hitting on me, I went Mantine Surfing and got a high score on my 'first' try while Hauhead fanboyed over me or something. Also Lillie was scareded because Teem Skool was scaree and did baddeth stuffs or such as she babbled about Nebby whom she called 'mister'. If this were Ultra Sun I would be very inclined to call Nebby a he as well. I mean, I'm inclined to anyway, but Lunala is said to be a female evolution of Cosmog. I should get Sun and Ultra Sun. But anyway, I then caught a cute Lillipup I named Chase on Route 4. Then I headed to Panioli Macaroni City, where Cowboy Hauhead happened. He was destroyed. Again. With little difficulty. One heavenly egg and cheese croissant sandwich later, I got Stoutland for my Ride Pager and encountered a Mudbray. But guess what? Renee landed a critical hit Peck and he fainted. So there goes my Macaroni Ranch encounter. But then I ran into the blond cutie himself, Gladion, and he said some Pokemon have a better sense of self-preservation than I do. You can bet I took that as a compliment, and yes, I was flattered. Surprisingly, I beat him without anyone dying! That first battle with him's been a little tough for me for a while. In non-nuzlocke situations, I'd end up with multiple defeated Pokemon. But not so here. And after I defeated him, Kathy evolved into Charjabug! Isn't that swell? I then decided to catch my Route 5 encounter, which was a Fomantis... a female one. Shocking, I know. I couldn't fit 'Harvest Goddess', so I named her 'H. Goddess'. Kinda fitting, since Fomantis is a Grass type. But, uh... there's a problem. I'm out of names for females. All ten are used up. So RIP. Let's just hope I encounter some male Pokemon when I get the chance, 'cause if I don't, there goes that Route's encounter. I then decided to try Lana's trial... and I beat it. But during the Totem Araquanid fight, Kathy, my ace for the Water trial due to STAB Spark, was killed. Maya too. I feel dumb now. Kathy could've helped me out with the Grass trial with Bug Bite, but there goes that... oh, and my encounter after the Brooklet Hill trial in, well, Brooklet Hill was a Basculin. I begged for it to be a male, but guess what? Female. I could've named him Gill, too! The blue eyes! But yeah, there went that encounter. Then I beat up the Ultra Nerd Squad while screaming internally. First deaths, huh? Sad. Maya was pretty tough. But that's it for now.
