As of January 2025, there are no ongoing Victini events and there is no way to catch one in-game. A list of expired Victini distributions may be found here.
However, Victini (or more accurately the Liberty Pass) is obtainable through the DNS Exploit in Black and White, which uses fan-hosted servers to access old Mystery Gifts. For help with setting up the exploit, reference our detailed guide. A Victini obtained through this method is legitimate and will pass hack checks. This event is not available in Black 2 and White 2.
