Don't.
...
(No seriously, egg hunting is tedious. Make an Encounter Power Rock 3 sandwich and use the Date and Time method to reset for a Rockruff/Lycanroc Dusk outbreak (I'd keep the map around West Province Area 1 for Rockruff). You can find an outbreak with just Own Tempo Rockruff (not all outbreaks will be Own Tempo and this does work differently with a previous update version but I'm trusting your game is up to date), and although it might take longer with a lower Encounter Power level and regular Rockruff can spawn close to the outbreak, I'd find hunting in an outbreak to be way easier than hatching eggs. But if for some reason you like pain...)
Boosting your shiny odds
There are only two methods to boost your odds of hatching a shiny in Scarlet and Violet. The Masuda Method (breeding Pokemon of two different language origins, English and Japanese for example) brings your odds to 1/683. The Shiny Charm brings your base odds of finding a shiny to 1/1366 (excluding tera raids, static encounters, and fixed encounters), but combine it with the Masuda Method and your odds of getting a shiny are 1/512.
Obtaining and hatching eggs faster
(Side note, breeding with different species and Pokemon from different OTs does effect some factors in a formula found here, but I'm not going to go that deep.)
Egg Power boosts from sandwiches are extremely useful for both obtaining and hatching eggs quicker. Generally, Egg Power 2 sandwich recipes like the Great Peanut Butter Sandwich (recipe 17) and the Great Marmalade Sandwich (recipe 25) are preferred because they are easy to make without many or rare ingredients. Those two recipes in particular are only available after talking to the old male NPC in Deli Cioso while having obtained 4 gym badges, but the Jam Sandwich (recipe 12) is available from the start for an easy Egg Power 1 sandwich until you get more badges.
Some abilities halve the time needed for eggs to hatch, those being Flame Body, Magma Armor, and Steam Engine. This also stacks with the boosts from Egg Power, so take that into consideration. Note that these abilities didn't have this effect in a previous update version, but again, I'm trusting that your game is updated.
For some other tips, make sure you're dashing around on Miraidon/Koraidon to hatch eggs faster, and withdraw them into the Poke Ball if you're breeding with Ditto. So you don't have to deal with releasing so many Pokemon, you can collect a bunch of eggs, hatch them, then restart your game if none of them are shiny so you lose all of them, but that can be risky with Scarlet and Violet's occasional performance issues, so do this at your own risk.
Well, that's everything I have. I hope something here helped, and if you've already been doing all this, then I think it's time to reevaluate your life choices as a whole...
Have a great day!!!
