To add onto the closed comment, the reason we can’t help is because this is an issue with the ROM file. Some sort of corruption in the ROM caused it, and we can’t fix it because there’s variance and no real set answer.
Try to release it; game might crash. If it crashes, just leave it be. it shouldn’t spread. If it’s an issue, try rebooting from a previous save.
If persists, get a different rom and start over.
