Hello. :) I am new to exploring Pokémon, and I don't fully understand all the statistics that are shown here. Can anyone advise me, please, from the beginning? Each opinion (positive or negative) is very appreciated.

Thank you :)

You would need to be more specific with what you need help with. Are you talking about Pokemon in general or stats like Attack and Defense?
This is what you might be looking for: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Statistic
GeekyJawa I need to help with all of these things about Pokémon. :D

HP corresponds to how much "Health" your Pokémon has (Shedinja only has 1).
Attack corresponds to how much power you put forth in your Physical moves.
Defense corresponds to how well you can take a hit from a Physical move.
Special Attack corresponds to how much power you put forth in your Special moves.
Special Defense corresponds to how well you can take a hit from a Special move.
Speed corresponds to whether you get to attack first. (Note that Priority is not speed.)
Accuracy corresponds to whether your attacks are able to hit your opponent consecutively each turn.
Evasiveness corresponds to whether your opponent can hit you consecutively each turn.

As one comment mentioned, you can find more information here.

Priority doesn't ignore speed entirely. How it works is that the game executes the bracket 6 moves in speed order, and then executes the bracket 5 moves in speed order, then bracket 4, etc.
I'm saying Priority is not SPEED! Ok!
You said "priority moves don't correspond to speed" when they actually do. I explained the relationship between priority and speed.
There, happy now! >:[
No need to get offended Jason. He's just clarifying so nobody gets confused. It's perfectly acceptable.
Thank you so much for helping. :) I aprreciate it. :)  Be sure to look at all your links. ;)
Well he's been "clarifying" every answer I give around here! It's annoying me.
If your answer needs clarifying, someone will clarify it. If you don't want that to happen, do it yourself.
Just not by "SUMWUN". (- )_(- )
So you'd be alright with people discussing your answers if it were a different person, but not if it's the same user each time? I hope you realise how petty that sounds.
