- In Generations 1-5, Swords Dance has 30 PP.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Swords Dance turns into Z-Swords Dance and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
