Effects
Gyro Ball inflicts varying damage: the slower the user compared to the opponent, the higher the damage, up to a maximum base power of 150. The base power is calculated as:
25 × TargetSpeed ÷ UserSpeed
For example, if the opponent is twice as fast as the user, Gyro Ball will have base power 50.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Steelium Z and uses its Z-Power, Gyro Ball turns into Corkscrew Crash and has base power 160.
