Effects
Fusion Flare deals damage, and its power doubles to 200 if Fusion Bolt has been used before it in the same turn. If this happens Fusion Flare's animation will change to look more epic.
If the user is frozen, Fusion Flare can be used and will thaw out the Pokémon before attacking.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Firium Z and uses its Z-Power, Fusion Flare turns into Inferno Overdrive and has base power 180.
