Like, what is the percent of power boost obtained each turn when a Pokemon holds a metronome and spams one move?

According to Bulbapedia/Metronome:
>Boosts power of moves used repeatedly. Each time a move is used consecutively, its power is boosted by 20% (10% in Generation IV) up to a maximum increase of 100%. Switching or using another move returns the move's power to normal.
