Where can I find a Moon Stone in Crystal?

I have a nidorino that I catched in National Park his level since I catch it was 12 now his level is 49 I wanted it to evolve to a nidoking but I don't have a moon stone can someone help me to find a moon stone

- Purchased by player's mom ($15,000 stored)

Repeatable
- Mt. Moon Square (on Monday nights, under a western rock; requires Rock Smash)
- Held by wild Clefairy (2%)
