Do you need multiple Beldum to evolve one?

Question

1. How do you evolve it? I know you're supposed to have two of em and three metangs,but seriously.Give me some steps.
2. When you combine Beldum, what level will it be?(eg highest,lowest)
3. What will happen to your EV's and your stats?

You don't have to have multiple beldum to evolve it. He evolves through leveling up like many pokemon. Since there's only one needed, that eliminates questions 2 and 3.

Beldum evolves at level 20, then Again at level 45.
