Can you relearn Egg Moves and TM Moves after deleting them and transferring a Pokemon to and from another game?

I know you can relearn them if you forget then, but idk if you can transfer them

no I mean if i take a pokemon, put it into pla, then bring it back to s/v, can i use the move relearning feature on the summary screen to relearn any tms or egg moves it knew before transferring it to pla

That source is from 2011. It's about 4 or 5 generations outdated.

In Gen IX, it seems Pokemon can re-learn any move they learned from a TM or event. However, moves that were learned by a pre-evolution and egg moves appear NOT to be re-learnable
