Is there an NPC in BDSP who checks Hidden Power types for you?

Just got my little stack of TM10s and I’d like to get an idea of who would be good to give them to before I teach it to someone and lose a decent move

You could always turn off auto save, teach it, find out what type, and reset

There is no hidden power NPC in bdsp but you can always use the process of elimination by testing the move on Pokemon and seeing how effective it is.

TM10 now teaches Work Up in BDSP, not Hidden Power. The only Pokemon in the game who can ever access Hidden Power is Unown, mainly just so it's not left with exactly zero moves; they figure it's not a big enough deal to need an NPC to uncover attacking types on that.
