I want to know because I thought of how reviving a Pokemon would work with this ability, like If my Pokemon faints, then I revive it, and it faints again, does that buff kingambit twice or just once?

A Pokémon with Supreme Overlord receives a 10% increase to the power of their moves for each Pokémon that is fainted in the same party.

Supreme Overlord does not boost Kingambit directly, it boosts the power of it's moves, despite what it's ingame description says.

So at a maximum, if every other Pokemon in your 6 member party has fainted, your moves are 50% more powerful, or 1.5 times as powerful. This means, for example, Kowtow Kleave would have a base power of 127.5 instead of 85.

Hope I could help!

This does not answer the reviving part of the question.
This ability kind of sucks for Kingambit, I think it is outclassed by Defiant cuz of stuff like Intimidate, Defog, Sticky Web, etc. and Eviolite works very well on a Bisharp though.
while that comment is somewhat out of place, I can assure you that supreme overlord is an incredibly useful ability. The pure firepower it gets due to the ability is astounding, and defiant is pretty situational in comparison. Supreme overlord is almost always better in singles, while I suppose defiant is sometimes preferred in doubles although supreme overlord is still useful there
As abilities do not have effects when their Pokemon is not in play in a battle, (except Regenerator,) reviving Pokemon can only take away the boost.

The game simply checks how many Pokemon in your party are fainted, adds 10% for each, and applies it to the base power of Kingambit's moves

You can see that this ability acts differently than Last Respects, as Last Respects registers the "boost power" flag 'every' time a Pokemon dies, whereas Supreme Overlord only registers 'each' fainted Pokemon
