Wugtrio itself boasts the insane speed needed to clean, a good amount of Attack, and on paper, it seems pretty good.
However, the only good coverage move Wugtrio can use is Throat chop, and with a very bad movepool, Wugtrio is commonly outclassed by many other cleaners such as Weavile, Lycanroc, and his far cousin Dugtrio due to a harder hitting stab.
Wugtrio boasts a hard hitting liquidation, dealing 50% or more to common Pokemon like Oricorio (any form), Heracross, Honchcrow, Steel tera Haxorus, and Flamigo. If you prefer to want to swap between moves, Life orb would be a better choice, but it can be somewhat punishing to use Life Orb over Choice Band, as using choice band allows it to kill many foes that aren't one shotted by STAB liquidation.
Water Tera is for a even harder hitting Liquidation, Dark tera is for Throat Chop.
The ability usually just doesn't matter.
Aqua jet is just priority, great for tackling a weakened Rotom - Heat, Jolteon, and others who outspeed Wugtrio. Aqua jet is also somewhat good on stopping certain setup sweepers like Hax, who fear priority.
Throat Chop, as I have said, is the only good coverage that Wugtrio can utilize. It deals decent chip damage on things like Clawitzer, who might not swap out on Wugtrio even if locked into Water Pulse.
Sucker punch is priority if aqua jet is resistant, however, I would prefer to use stomping tantrum more, as tera water aqua jet usually just anything at 30% lower and is still resistant.
Stomping Tantrum is a sort of coverage that just doesn't work as well as throat chop, although it provides good coverage against steel types, Liquidation would still do the job.
Overall, if you want a cleaner, don't use Wugtrio, I don't think Wugtrio is that good.
