Pros:

Access to Punk Rock boosting the power of Sound-based moves such as Boomburst

Its frail
Will be outrun by many Pokemon
Only has access to Fire Punch outside of its Electric/Poison Type STAB
Sirfetch'd
Pros:
One of the best psychical attackers in the game
Solid Bulk
Good movepool
Cons:
Its slow
Not as bulky as other Fighting Types
Low HP makes those defences not as viable
If your looking for a great psychical sweeper with a good array of moves I would suggest Sirfetch'd if you want a solid mixed attacker for both STAB Typings then go for Toxtricity even with a lacking move pool of coverage and is decently fast.
I would personally go for Sirfetch'd as its move-pool is better combined with its high psychical attack stat it can use some set up moves to make it a full-on sweeper. Hopefully, this helps :D
