Does indirect damage break sturdy/focus sash?

Indirect damage (e.g. Toxic, Leech Seed, Bind, or Sandstorm) will break a Focus Sash. Also, the user has to be at full HP for the Focus Sash to activate, which indirect damage does not allow.
