If you mean to ask if Sceptile's leafblade will one shot a Wishiwashi from full, then no it doesn't

Since you didn't specify the natures i just used a neutral one. Also, I'm assuming the school form because regular Wishi is literal garbage

I did some calculation on Showdown's Calculator and here ill give you them.

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 5 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School:
146-174 (62.9 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School:
146-174 (49.6 - 59.1%) -- 69.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers
recovery

According to these calulations Schooling Wishiwashi cannot be OHKO by Leaf blade but it is possible when its a Critical hit

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 5 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School on
a critical hit: 218-260 (93.9 - 112%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO

So the 68.8% chance could have worked with a Crit but there is no way to OHKO without crit.

Should take note that if adamant Sceptile is in overgrow, leaf blade has a good chance to one shot and that very same chance is significantly lowered if Sceptile is neutral natured
