[B2W2] Why didn't my Glaceon get any Speed EVs after training in the Dojo?

Question

(In case You wonder what "Dojo" did I meant here, it's the Dojo in Join Avenue)

I was planning on raising my Glaceon's Speed stat so I trained him in the Dojo, choosing the "Speed Lv. 4" course. After the training finished, however, my Glaceon didn't get any Speed stat added. Why? His speed stat was 69 and after the course, its still 69...

What level is the Glaceon?

Stats are recalculated at the end of every battle instead of only after leveling up, much like Deoxys in the Generation III games

When you battle, it shows a little gain in Speed stat.

Don't think that's how it works in gen five. That page you said mentions that stats are recalculated at the end of a battle and not upon level up
