What are good levels to be at for the Unova Leaders and League in a White Nuzlocke?

Question

As some of you have heard, or at least assumed based on my recent questions, I'm doing a White Nuzlocke, and this is basically the same question I had for Hoenn, but for Unova in BW. Thanks!

60 is usually the safest level for any pokemon game

Wouldn't 100 be the safest level for any Pokemon game?
Even without being facetious, 60 is probably not good enough for X/Y, and probably a bit more than necessary for B/W. Why generalise?

lol i needed a level 100 pokemon to beat the pokemon league in X/Y but to be fair i wasn't very good at the game back then (I think i was 6 or 7)

I would suggest going to pokebases black and white page then looking at the gym leaders and elite four page which shows their pokemon and what level they are so you can appropriately judge on your own.

Most of the games usually have around level fifty to sixty mons with the elite four or champion so unless you're that willing to go insane grinding, I'd say sixty is the safest minimum level. There are some that go over sixty like Cynthia but sixty is just the safest. Altho you're right, DIantha is an exception I guess but then again, xy isn't exactly that difficult considering you're given two of the best megas for free and this game has a huge variety of pokemon to choose from

One of the Kanto starters. You get the mega stone for whichever free Kanto starter you choose

Unless you're overly paranoid in a nuzlocke, sixty should be good enough. If you want to be safe then I guess sixty five or seventy is the next best

Oh and side note, just use a Haxorus and spam dragon dance. It makes nuzlockes easier than they would be especially if its mold breaker

You could just go for five levels above the next leader's strongest pokemon unless you're doing a hardcore nuzlocke. If you're extra patient then you can even go ten levels higher. Grinding in bw isn't that difficult because you can just poach the Audinos

Yeah that's true, but aren't shaking grasses rare?

Not that rare. You just have to move around until you hear it shake and make sure you do it in places where there is a large area for you to move in one direction back and forth to increase the odds

Cilan/the other two would be 17
Lenora would be 23
Burgh would be 26
Elesa would be 30
Burgh would be 34
Skyla would be 38
Brycen would be 42
Iris would be 46
For the whole elite four, I would suggest 53.
