How much damage does Curse add to Physical attacks?

Question

I was wondering what is the percent of damage that increases when you use the move curse? Is it the same as swords dance increases damage by 100%? Also sorry if this question has already been asked, I checked but I may have missed it so sorry in advance.

Because she wanted to find it easily. This question was flagged in the first place because the information is easily available here, unless you didn't know that a +1 boost was equal to a 50% increase in the stat that was boosted.

This question is fine, our page on Curse doesn't state the percentage directly. That rule is mainly to prevent super trivial questions on basic data like "what is the power of move X"?

Ok, so Curse gives an attack boost of 50%. Basically, look at this.

252 Atk Landorus-Therian Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dragonite: 248-292 (76.7 - 90.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
This is before an attack boost. (Yes I understand that landorus-t doesn't get curse but it can be simulated by simply boosting the attack stat by one stage lmao). Now, look at this:

+1 252 Atk Landorus-Therian Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dragonite: 370-436 (114.5 - 134.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Focus on the percentages. 76.7 is around 115, which 114.5 is close to (other modifiers are included). The same goes for 90.4%. This is around 137, which is decently close to 134.9. Again, not perfect, but close enough.

Curse raises physical attack by 1 stage.

Assuming that a Pokemon uses curse once and does not have any other physical attack modifiers, its physical attack gets multiplied by 3/2 times or by 150%, or gets raised by 50%.
