Is it possible to recover deleted save data for Sword/Shield?

I was clearing space in my switch and I accidentally did this, I had many legendaries and shinies and I’m really mad, is there a way to somehow recover the data?

I am so sorry that you lost your data. If you archived the data then you can redownload the save data in eShop. If you deleted it then I don't think you can access it. Try going into Pokemon Home and connecting with the game that you deleted your data on.
