dittos mind games?

Question

if lets say a ditto was battling my scolipede lv 53 and the ditto was lv 55 would transform copy all my power and nature
or would it just copy scolipedes abblility and moves? if it does will it have more power because i killed it in one shot?

transform and imposter copy the moves and stats aside from hp. moves go down to 5pp each

it is just like your pokemon with less moves and on a lower level
