Will it affect my game if I evolve my Sneasel before I get the Nation Dex in SS?

If I trade over a razor claw and evolve sneasel into a weavile before I get the national dex will it effect my game? Please help!

It will not have any negative impact on your game. The only strange thing you might encounter is the Dex No. on Weavile's summary screen, which will be "???" until you receive the National Dex. That's perfectly normal.
