Power Trick + Pure Power?

If a Pure Power Medicham used Power Trick, would its attack stat still be doubled or would Pure Power double the Defense instead?

I think pure power counts as a boost in this case, but I'm not sure.

sumwun is correct, Pure Power has no effect on the Defense stat after Power Trick.
