Can I get a hidden ability eevee by breeding two normal ability eevees?

I'm kinda new to breeding and couldn't find a definitive answer online so:

I currently have 2 Eevees, one female and one male, with Run Away, and I was hoping to get an anticipation eevee for espeon's hidden ability. Is it at all possible to breed these together and get an anticipation eevee?

It isn't possible. Getting a magic bounce Espeon requires a anticipation Eevee. And to get that, you need to have an HA Eevee. Pokemon hatched from eggs don't have HA If there parents don't have HA. You can get an HA Eevee from Friend Safari or SOS chain.
