Where do you get oshawott in Pokemon conquest?

oshawott is my favorite Pokemon and I want samurott for Pokemon conquest. HELP

You can find Oshawott in Fontaine. It evolves to Dewott when its attack becomes 54 and evolves into Samurott when its attack becomes 104
