Can you evolve Eevee into either Espeon or Umbreon in Pokemon Colosseum?

I tried looking into this question in Google but found no results of anyone even wondering this. I'm wondering because my internal batteries in my GBA games are dead, but I have an Eevee I got years ago in my Colosseum, and since my original Espeon and Umbreon are gone from those games (traded out years ago), I was wondering if there was a way to evolve an Eevee into them in this game in particular.

Though Pokémon Colosseum has the same lack of connection with the GameCube's clock as XD, the Sun and Moon Shards do not exist in that game. This is likely due to the fact that the player starts the game with an already evolved pair of Espeon and Umbreon, as well as Eevee's complete absence from said game.

You cannot evolve Eevee into Espeon or Umbreon in Pokemon Colosseum, because there is a lack of a time system, no way to get Eevee in the game without trading, no Sun or Moon shards, and the fact that you get one of each automatically at the beginning of the game.
