What is a good setup sweeper in Pokemon x and y?

Question

I wanted to know so I can swamp the trainers at the battle maison. Out of the three available,
Slurpuff
Mega kangaskhan
Cloyster
Move set, evs, ability, item (if available), and where to find them(location) will CUT my research down by a lot.

Well this may be because I really like this guy but go Ampharos(I go Mega but you don't have too)
Mega---> Ampahros @Ampharosite
Moveset: Confuse Ray
Thunder/Thunderbolt
Dragon Pulse
Focus Blast
If it is not mega maybe life orb or focus sash
Why confuse Ray??? Because AMPHAROS is slow and if he gets a free hit the it's gonna be powerful and confuse Ray does it! NOBODY EXPECTS IT and that why I use it. It is 100% and it help with sweeping and just winning in general

This move set has been good for me because this thing is slow but powerful.
It is super bulky having 105 Defense and 110 Special Defense and it has outrageous special Attack of 165!!!
Just so you know the reason I mentioned this is because it's my favorite Pokemon!!!

**Also it can take a eq from at base stat of 140 (A Rypierior) I could not believe it took the hit an I one shotted it with focus blast**

This thing is a monster it may not look good stat wise but with its ability huge power its attack is doubled paired with belly drum gets it to insane power levels it is hard to stop even with resisted hits (but be wary of ferrothorn)
