Shaking Sylveon Meaning?

Question

On Omega Ruby, my Lv. 94 Sylveon will shake and the game will either say:

• Sylveon is feeling a little uneasy... , OR
• Sylveon can't wait to begin

Now keep in mind that I skipped X/Y (I just recently got my 2DS). So if this is a gen 6 thing I am new to it. It worries me so please help!

Did you play with it on Pokémon-Amie?

This is simply a sign that your Sylveon is affectionate towards you. If you've played with it on Pokemon Amie, it's affection will go up, and it will perform certain quirks such as the shaking and hopping around.
