OmegaRuby glitch? National Pokedex only features 3 regions?

Question

After beating Primal Groudon and restoring the world's balance I went to prof. Birch's lab to get the National Pokedex. But somehow only Kanto and Johto Pokedexes had been unlocked, andDexNav stil doesn't show any gen. 4, 5 and 6 Pokemon, last Pokemon in the National Pokedex being Groudon. Is there something wrong about the game card or is it me doing something wrong?..

You need to see some other gen Pokemon at places like mirage spots and dex nav encounters. Then it will show the other dexes in it.
