Where are the Blissey Trainers?

I finally got off my lazy rump and decided to finish level grinding for my Platinum Nuzlocke… and in my search for Rare Candies, I found that two Trainers in Pokémon Mansion have two Blisseys that hold Rare Candies. Instinctively I went "E-Z Grind!", taught my Houndoom Thief, and went to go steal Rare Candies. But when I got to the mansion, they were not to be found. I looked everywhere. Where are they? Please don't tell me they only appear post-E4…

A butler and many maids are employed in the Mansion. In Pokémon Platinum, players may fight the maids in the 5-Maid Knockout Exact-Turn Attack Challenge, in which five maids must be beaten in a certain number of turns (no more, no less). The prize for winning the challenge is a duel with either Lady Celeste or Rich Boy Liam.

You must fight the maids that are in the mansion in the mansion in the "5-Maid Knockout Exact-Turn Attack Challenge." When you beat the "5-Maid Knockout Exact-Turn Attack Challenge" you will get a battle with Lady Celeste or Rich Boy Liam.

Crap, I just did that! But I didn't know it had to be the EXACT amount of turns, so I beat them in 7 (the goal was 8). Thanks anyways!

Since the Clefairy have Protect it would be a good idea to bring a Pokemon with Feint, that's what I did anyway.
