Wonder Mail S error?

Question

I'm trying to find a faster way to get the Golden Mask in Explorers of Sky, and according to Bulbapedia there's a Wonder Mail code for it. But when I enter the code, it says "This password is incorrect. Would you like to try again?". I checked and double-checked that the code was right, but it still won't accept it.

Were Wonder Mail S codes affected by Nintendo's shutting down of previous gen's Interent settings?

Either you are using a Wonder Mail code for Explorers of Darkness/Sky, or yours is for the wrong region. European codes are different from American codes.

Wonder Mail codes should still be in effect, so try this site to make a working code http://apointlessplace.net/wms/wmgenerate.html.
