Planning to run Mr. Mime and it looks like Confusion > Psychic under Technician.
Technician activates BEFORE STAB. So for Confusion, you'd have 50 * 1.5 = 75. Which means Psychic is still a better move on Mr. Mime.
Technician takes the Base power so even with stab if the base power is 60 or below it will still get boosted.
