What are all non-pokémon in games?

Question

A non-Pokémon is a Pokémon that isn't really a Pokémon but that are in the Pokémon games and you can battle them.
A example are the ghosts from Lavender Town.
Please include the game and location.

Most of the things that appear in Pokéstar Studios (B/W 2), which are mostly SFX or some other type of object that is converted to something else in the movie.
