If I have 5 IV's, what would I need to get specific hidden power types?

So basically what I'm asking is, if I have a 31/???/31/31/31/31 or 31/31/31/???/31/31 Pokémon, what would "???" be to get each specific type?

Thanks, but in Gen VI, all HP' s have a BP of 60.
