Is anyone else having trouble with PokèTransporter?

I caught a shiny Wooper and evolved it into a Quagsire in Pokèmon White, and recently my friend and I have had a discussion leading to this topic. He offerred a trade for the shiny Quagsire, but he only has X and Y. I attempted to move it via PokèTransporter but I only received a message telling me to try again later. I've tried over and over again since Friday and still have no luck doing so. Is this happening to anyone else or just me? It would be a lot of help to know wether my connection is messed up or the PokèTransporter servers are down.

You have to wait a while after using it if you did ever use, plus your connection might be messed up. Hope I helped!

Thanks! I already checked my connection and it seems to be okay. I also attempted to connect to other internet-requiring games and it seems to be working well. But just to confirm, is your PokèTransporter working or not?
